So, I did the math to see how fast Kid Flash was going

If we assume that the distance was approximately 3,000 miles (Providence, RI to Seattle, WA), and that he only had 4 hours to cross that distance, he had to go at least  750mph if he took the entire time.

However, if we cut out the time he fought Vandal Savage (~15 minutes) and the fact that he arrived about 20 minutes early, it would have taken him 3 and a half hours at a speed of 880 miles per hour. Or for you metric system people, 1,416 kilometers per hour.
